Clarkstown police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed a fatal July crash that involved a car and an electric scooter to come forward.

Police received reports back on July 14 of a crash in the area of 166 Route 303 in West Nyack just before 4 a.m.

Officers responded to the scene and found a scooter. The operator of that scooter was pronounced dead at the scene.

While an arrest was made in this case, investigators are still asking any witnesses to call 845-639-5840.
