Police in New City say they raided Wally's Ice Cream Parlour yesterday on suspicion that the store was a front for a drug operation.
Police say they uncovered cocaine, oxycodone and marijuana from the store, owned by 36-year-old Patrick Kilduff.
Investigators believe Kilduff was cooking up crack cocaine in the kitchen and selling it out the back of the shop while selling ice cream out of the front.
The Rockland County Board of Health shut down the store for numerous health code violations.
Kilduff, along with a second man, identified as Jason Wasserman, 37, were arrested and are currently jailed.
