Police say they are still trying to understand what led a man to kill his girlfriend and himself on Saturday in Central Valley.
Investigators say Vincent Russo, 26, from Virginia, was with his girlfriend, Ramy Jacildo, 22, from the Philippines, visiting her relatives in Central Valley. Police say he shot her and then himself outside of the home on Woodward Terrace.
Relatives of Jacildo told a Philippines newspaper that Russo had wanted to marry her, but she refused due to his temper and possessiveness.
