With three days left until Election Day, the Westchester County Board of Elections is preparing to make the voting process as smooth as possible.
One of the ways the Board of Elections is gearing up for the big day is by using a hand-held computerized device called ?ED? that provides information for voters about their assigned voting locations. However, they say finding out that information in advance will save a lot of time.
Representatives for The Board of Elections have estimated that there are 35,000 new voters and that they?ve received nearly 27,000 requests for absentee ballots. They also say they have gotten back 15,000 completed ballots.
