Police in Albany have charged a couple with holding a 19-year-old girl against her will and forcing her into prostitution.
Police arrested 42-year-old Henry Douglas of Albany and 19-year-old Ciara Miller of West Haverstraw at a motel in Albany Sunday night.
Investigators say the victim told police, Miller had invited her to a party in New Paltz, but instead, she was driven to the motel.
Officials say the victim was then forced into prostitution, but managed to escape and called 911.
