Crash in Haverstraw critically injures 1-month-old baby girl

A 1-month-old girl is in critical condition after a car crash in Haverstraw. Police say Odane Brown crossed over a double yellow line on Route 9W on Sunday, hitting a Subaru that then struck a Jeep.
