Crews are trying to figure out how to salvage a barge which capsized yesterday in the Hudson River.
The barge was to carry rock down the Hudson River from the Tilcon Quarry in Haverstraw.
Officials say the barge capsized in the mooring area around the quarry, meaning the area is marked on charts and is not a threat to navigation for other boats.
Crews say that they will likely have to call in a large floating crane to right the barge.
Investigators are on hand trying to determine why the barge capsized in the first place.
