Crumbl Cookies is now in the Hudson Valley and offering its first 50 customers a free cookie.

Crumbl Cookies will host its grand opening at 8 a.m. Friday.

The cookie company has a loyal following and just opened on North Central Avenue next to Shake Shack in Hartsdale.

It offers a weekly rotating menu with more than 200 flavors.

"It's the fastest growing franchise, and the reason is we make everything here. We mix the butter, the eggs, the sugar - everything is baked fresh. So, you are never going to get something that is not held to the highest standard," says owner Seth Neeleman.

This is the fourth location in the region. There's another on Long Island and two in Manhattan.

This week's special cookies are St. Patrick's Day-themed, including Mallow Creme, which has Lucky Charms and a sugar cookie with a gold coin.
