(AP) - Andrew Cuomo is set to be sworn into officeas New York's 56th governor in a private ceremony Friday night. His father, former Gov. Mario Cuomo, will attend the event atthe governor's mansion in Albany. Also expected to attend areAndrew Cuomo's daughters and his girlfriend and housemate, FoodChannel star Sandra Lee. But the party will be brief. He plans a working day on Saturday, beginning with an 8 a.m.cabinet meeting. A short public swearing-in ceremony is scheduledfor his first day on the job, a gesture designed to signal hisresolve to tackle New York's historic fiscal and ethical crises. Cuomo's low-key inauguration on Saturday will include about a45-minute public ceremony in a small reception parlor at theCapitol called the War Room for its murals of battles.
