A Hudson Valley hospital is one of two in the state hit with a cyberattack Friday.
The attack affected computer systems at Health Alliance Hospital in Kingston and Margaretville Hospital and Mountainside Residential Care Center, which are all part of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network. Both had to send patients to other facilities.
Staff members say IT shut down all connected systems and expects them to be offline about 24 hours. Through the weekend, systems will start again on a rolling basis.
The hospitals are still open so if you need to go there, you can.
