Three men have been indicted in connection with a deadly shooting in Peekskill last month.
Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah says 35-year-old Ricky Brickhouse was shot on Spring Street on Jan. 29.
He was taken to New York Presbyterian-Hudson Valley Hospital in Peekskill, then to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, where he died.
The suspects were arrested after a pursuit on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh.
Rocah says Arnold Fernandez, 19, of Peekskill, was indicted on second-degree murder.
Errick Lowe, 26, of Cortlandt Manor, and Omar Williams, 20, of Peekskill, were indicted for criminal possession of a weapon.
The defendants were arraigned Thursday in Westchester County Court.
Fernandez and Williams were remanded to jail and bail was set for Lowe.
