Dramatic dashcam video captured a tractor-trailer striking an overpass and overturning on the New York State Thruway in Nyack.
The crash happened shortly after noon today on the southbound side of the Thruway near mile marker 16.4.
Video provided by Pat Cartalemi shows the tractor-trailer hitting the overpass before overturning onto its side.
Cartalemi said his vehicle was not damaged in the crash.
It was not immediately known whether the tractor-trailer driver was injured.
Traffic was impacted as emergency crews responded to the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
