Dashcam video shows a closer look at a deadly crash involving an off-duty NYPD officer from Rockland County.
It happened on the Thruway in Clarkstown in December.
The video shows the moment just before 45-year-old Bravo Nondo was fatally struck while he was outside his car near Exit 14.
The officer involved is Gregg Albaum, of Nanuet.
The New York State attorney general is investigating. No charges have been filed.
