A 28-year-old Delaware man has been found guilty of murder in the second-degree for the 2018 broad-daylight slaying of a man in West Nyack.
Prosecutors say Eric Ross Jr. went to an auto sales shop on Route 59 back in November 2018 to confront the owner about a car he recently purchased.
The two got into verbal altercation. Ross then pulled out a semi-automatic pistol and shot the man dead.
Sentencing is set for June 28. Ross faces a maximum of 25 years to life in state prison.
