An Eddyville man was charged with forcibly touching a teen in Ulster County.

Deputies say 35-year-old Gerardo Popxl was arrested after an investigation into the sexual offense of a 17-year-old girl.

Popxl faces a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching and is remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
