3h agoAnother skirmish is underway in the war over a planned Revolutionary War-themed village in Fishkill.
The developer of Continental Commons is appealing a lower court decision that dismissed its suit against Town Supervisor Ozzie Albra.
Albra is accused of stalling the project for political reasons, which continue because of ongoing legal issues.
"I feel the appeals court will look at this, and they're going to rule in my favor. Because Mr. Albra took away my property rights," said Domenico Broccoli, of Continental Commons.
