A man was shot and killed Sunday night on Ludlow Street in Yonkers in what investigators say was a targeted attack.

Police say Linzell Staggers, 26, shot 42-year-old Felix Santiago after a dispute involving a family member of the victim.

Staggers is charged with second-degree murder.
