District officials say three students were taken to the hospital by ambulance. A fourth is believed to have gone to the hospital with their parent.

A representative for the City Of Newburgh says the driver of a vehicle involved was transported to the hospital with chest pain and that parents were immediately notified.

So far, it’s not clear what may have caused the accident.

The bus was operated by West Point Tours.

A representative for West Point Tours says the bus driver was not injured and that the company is working with police.

News 12 reached out to police for more information and is waiting to hear back.
