Pearl River and North Rockland are still waiting to see what happens the next few weeks with the delta variant and COVID-19 cases.
The decision now falls to districts after the state last week confirmed they will not issue any guidance on reopening school and instead instruct districts to develop their own in-person learning plans while following guidance from the CDC.
