A Dobbs Ferry father has been acquitted in the death of his infant son.
Kevin Holloway, 44, had been charged with manslaughter and reckless endangerment in 8-week-old Jackson's death in 2018.
Prosecutors said the injuries to the baby's head and brain were consistent with acute abusive head trauma.
Holloway's lawyer said in a statement after the verdict, "Rather than help them through the ordeal, the DA's office persecuted the family because of a rush to judgment and refusal to accept the science that proved Kevin was innocent."
