Dobbs Ferry man pleads guilty to ramming into MTA vehicle in Ossining

The U.S. Attorney's Office says when police officers responded, Nicholas Skulstad charged at them and threatened them, and had a notebook in his car with a list of public figures to kill.

Nicholas Skulstad, 34, pleaded guilty to violence and destruction of a motor vehicle for a 2021 incident in Ossining.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says when police officers responded, Skulstad charged at them and threatened them, and had a notebook in his car with a list of public figures to kill.
Skulstad was sentenced to time served with three years of supervised release.
That includes nine months of either home detention or in-patient treatment.
He also has to pay $8,500 for the damage to the MTA vehicle.
