Dows Lane Elementary School is closed today after a reported positive case of coronavirus.
The Irvington elementary school will switch to distance learning. All other schools in the district will be open.
A Tarrytown school spokesperson says one employee test positive for the virus at W.L. Morse Elementary School and another employee tested positive at Washington Irving Intermediate.
As a precaution, several school officials are being asked to quarantine. Both schools will continue with hybrid learning.
A student at Harrison High School also tested positive for COVID-19.
The student was in school last Thursday, and the school says the health department told them that no contract tracing is necessary.
All schools have been cleaned on a daily basis.
