A drugged driver from Bloomingburg has been sentenced for causing a fatal crash that killed one person and injured another.
Prosecutors say 33-year-old Shawn DeHaan pleaded guilty to manslaughter and assault and was sentenced to two to six years in state prison and one year in county jail on Nov. 21.

DeHaan was charged by Crawford police for causing the three-car crash in 2022 that killed Jeffery Griffin, from Pine Bush.
Authorities say DeHaan was driving impaired by drugs.
