Family and friends gathered in Rockland County today as the drunken driver who killed a Suffern native was sentenced.

Paul Maidman, 28, was killed in a Las Vegas car crash last April. Miranda Dalton, 29, was sentenced to eight to 20 years behind bars and ordered to pay $12,000 in fines for driving under the influence and causing the accident.

Maidman's family members say the sentencing is not enough and that they will continue to fight for tougher DWI laws.
