A Wappingers Falls man has pleaded guilty in the death of his 10-month-old daughter, who was exposed to fentanyl.
Thomas Martinez, 41, is charged with criminally negligent homicide.
Prosecutors say that in November 2020, Martinez failed to prevent his daughter from being exposed to the powerful drug.
He will be sentenced in June.
