A man was arrested Sunday for attacking a woman with a knife at a home in Wappinger, according to state police.
Ismael Quiles also allegedly hit the victim in the face during the incident.
The victim gained control of the knife but sustained severe cuts to her hands.
Quiles faces multiple charges and is being held in county jail.
