Dutchess County man dies in head-on crash in Columbia County
State police say 77-year-old Noel Brown, of Clinton Corners, was driving south on County Route 19 near White Oak Lane on Tuesday when he failed to keep right and crossed over, crashing into Jennifer Camann's vehicle.

A Dutchess County man was killed in a head-on crash in Livingston.
State police say 77-year-old Noel Brown, of Clinton Corners, was driving south on County Route 19 near White Oak Lane on Tuesday when he failed to keep right and crossed over, crashing into Jennifer Camann's vehicle.
Brown died at the hospital.
Camann, of Hudson, and her passenger were also taken to the hospital but are expected to be OK.
