A Dutchess County man is the latest Hudson Valley resident to plead guilty in connection to the Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021.
Court documents show William Vogel, 27, of Pawling, pleaded guilty in January to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building.
Vogel was seen walking out of the U.S. Capitol holding a Trump flag and a red hat.
Authorities say Vogel also recorded events inside the Capitol.
He faces a maximum of six months in prison when he is sentenced in June.
