Early voting begins Saturday for Westchester primaries
This year, the lines for the 2-week-early voting period will be manageable, according to Board of Election Commissioners Doug Colety and Reginald Lafayette. They say presidential elections garner about 70-80% of the electorate, whereas a primary could be between 10-20%.
