Uh, I mean, I can't think of a better spot to spend the winter than, uh really this room. I mean, how relaxing and the sauna, the showers, the pool mas, massage tables. I mean, it just screams relaxation. The one thing you got, got rid of is the scale. That's the one thing that we don't need it. So it's so it's for the ambience, it's for the atmosphere. Got it good. See, another special touch. I, I did think about it. I figured, ok, since it's a really low scale, it fits, it fits and it's great and it's, and it's petite because you spend the hour or the how many hours alone in here you don't, you're not with other people, you're here with either your significant other, like you said, a mom daughter and you come here and you get the massage on the massage table. A facial, we have uh all sorts of uh all the types of massages and facials available. Um, and people just absolutely love it and they come out with a smile from ear to ear, which is, you know, it, it, it really is so gratifying to see that. It's all in the detail and the fact that this room is just so special you almost feel, I mean, you are in a basement but it's uh the lower level, right? You don't really want to say basement because it is, but it's so special, even the walls and everything that kind of encompasses the entire room.

And this room also is the only room in this house that has a balcony that faces the, uh, the green outside. Right? And the cemetery as well. And the church and there's a balcony. Can I show you please? Like? Is it real? Is it fake? No, it's real. Oh, my God. Like what? Yeah. So it has. So I can't imagine having my morning cup of coffee out here. It's just fantastic. Was good morning East Hampton.
