An East Fishkill man has been arrested and charged with criminally selling a controlled substance.

Police say a white substance was found at the scene of a fatal car accident in September.

Authorities say the drug task force then tracked the drugs to 32-year-old Joseph Kudrant, who was arrested and charged with criminally selling a controlled substance.

The accident itself is still being investigated.
