East Ramapo School District launches search for new superintendent

The East Ramapo School District has initiated the search for a new superintendent.
The board has voted to enlist the services of a Long Island-based search firm to facilitate the process, which will unfold in three distinct phases.
The incoming superintendent is slated to assume the role on July 1, which coincides with the conclusion of Dr. Clarence Ellis's three-year contract.
In a statement, the school board president refrained from specifying the reasons behind the pursuit of a replacement.
