Mayor Robert Williams declared Sunday as Elvira De Field Day in Elmsford.
The mayor, trustees and administers wished Elvira a happy birthday and that her day be filled with happiness.
De Field was born Feb. 5, 1923 in Cartagena, Colombia. She has been a village of Elmsford resident for over 30 years.
