FBI offers $10K reward in 1987 cold case killing in Spring Valley

The FBI is offering a reward up to $10,000 for information to help solve the 1987 killing of a 19-year-old woman in Spring Valley.

The FBI is offering up to $10,000 for information to help solve a 36-year-old cold case homicide in Rockland County.
The body of 19-year-old Glennice "Gamma" Stroud was found in a wooded area south of 244 North Main St. in Spring Valley on Sept. 12, 1987.
Police are still working to identify those responsible for Stroud's death. Despite limited information, her family is seeking justice.
The FBI is asking anyone with information to contact its New York Field Office at 212-384-1000.
The agency says the reward is for info leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
