Students at Ferncliff Manor celebrated a belated Memorial Day with a parade this morning.
Ferncliff, a residential school for children with developmental disabilities, has held the event for nearly 30 years. Students marched wearing patriotic colors, and several rode in their own floats around the school property.
The route ended on the playground, where students were greeted with ice pops. The audience included their classmates, teachers and volunteers from Rye Country Day School.
