The fifth and final person has been arrested in connection with a grand larceny scheme involving Lincoln Hall, a nonprofit residential facility in Somers that supports underserved families.

In February of last year, three Lincoln Hall checks totaling more than $84,000 were stolen, altered and deposited into multiple bank accounts.

Lenys Solano Cueva was arrested Wednesday by the Somers Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Prosecutors say she allowed a check for more than $29,000 to be deposited into her account and withdrew $25,000 for personal use.

Four others were previously arrested over the past year. All five face grand larceny in the third degree.

Solano Cueva was arraigned the same day in the Town of Somers Court and released. She is due back in court Monday.
