We're all screaming ice cream to kick off this year's Food Truck Friday. Jimmy from Jimmy's Soft Serve swung by News 12 to offer a look at his tasty treats. Jimmy's Soft Serve will be at the Sleepy Hollow Music Festival on June 8 and the Sunset Jazz Series at Lyndhurst in July and August.
