With the Empire football challenge over, the players are focusing on the next level of their sports careers. Three of the Empire All-Stars will be heading to college in the Bronx. Long Island's starting left cornerback Brandon Brown from St. Anthony's will be attending Fordham University in the fall to play football under new head coach Tom Marsella. Kelstor Pellumbi will be attending NY Maritime along with Edwin Morales.
Brown was a three-year starter for CHSFL City Champions and was team captain of CHSAA Dynasty First Team. Marsella and Pellumbi were also New York City All-Stars.
