Michael Rubino, 64, of Hartsdale, received two years of probation with sex offender conditions on Wednesday, according to a village court clerk.
He must stay away from the victim for five years and pay a $1,000 fine.
Rubino pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. The incident occurred in June 2023, leading to his arrest in September. He retired in July 2024.
