A former home health aide was sentenced to state prison for abusing a woman in Kingston.
Ulster County officials say Jacki Yenzer cared for the mother and mother-in-law of a retired Ulster County undersheriff.
She is also accused of stealing money and property.
The 59-year-old is now required to pay $10,000 in restitution to the victims.
She will serve up to three years in prison.
