375ds agoFuneral services are set for a Hudson Valley soldier, killed in an off-post, single-vehicle crash in North Carolina.
Army Corporal Marcello Scrudato, of Fishkill, died in the accident last Saturday in Sanford, North Carolina, near the Fort Bragg Army Base where he was stationed.
Scrudato, a native of Mount Kisco, enlisted in the Army in 2017.
He is survived by his parents and twin sister.
A Mass with military honors will take place at Saint Mary, Mother of the Church, in Fishkill on Friday at 12 p.m.
