Fred Reich is bringing more than 40 years of experience to his new position at the Putnam County company.
He has served at the Garrison Fire Company for over 12 years, including his time as fire commissioner.
Reich also previously served at the NYPD, FDNY and the New York City Office of Emergency Management.
