Grant helps inclusive apparel company purchase new equipment

Spectrum Designs celebrated the recent purchase of new silk-screening equipment, made possible with a grant from the local charity group, Impact 100 Westchester.

A ribbon-cutting was held Tuesday to celebrate the recent purchase of new equipment for a business with a social mission to promote more 'neurodiverse' hiring and training.
The silk-screening equipment for Spectrum Designs was made possible by a grant from the local charity group, Impact 100 Westchester.
The mission of Spectrum Designs is to make the workplace more inclusive for people with special needs. More than 50% of their employees are on the autism spectrum.
Impact 100 Westchester is a women's collective giving organization that has awarded nearly $3 million to local nonprofits.
