Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force shuts down smoke shop after inspections

Authorities say nearly 700 THC products were found at Scarsdale Convenience. The shop, located at 445 South Central Ave., does not have a license to sell.

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force shut a smoke shop down after conducting an inspection.
Authorities say nearly 700 THC products were found at Scarsdale Convenience. The shop, located at 445 South Central Ave., does not have a license to sell.
Officials say almost 400 packs of untaxed cigarettes were also found.
The Town of Greenburgh Building Department issued the shop 84 building code violations.
The store will stay closed until further notice.
