Holiday travel rush begins in Westchester County
10h agoThe Greenwood Lake Board of Trustees has appointed Thomas Howley as the village's new interim mayor.
Howley called the area "the greatest little village in Orange County" in a social media post.
He pledged to keep Little League and CYO basketball running and has an open line of communication for anyone with concerns.
