Harrison police: Cold weather may have been factor in missing White Plains man's death

Harrison police say a missing White Plains man was found dead, adding that the cold weather may have been a factor.
Fernando Manon, 69, was last seen leaving Life Time, a fitness center, at Westchester Park Drive Thursday night.
Police say he was in the early stages of dementia.
His body was found Friday morning in the woods near Westchester Avenue in White Plains.
An investigation led White Plains police to determine that he died of exposure and his death does not appear suspicious.
