Prosecutors detailed Masso's activities, alleging he performed tooth extractions and administered X-rays without proper authorization. As part of his plea agreement, Masso will reimburse his victims with a payment totaling $165,000. Additionally, he has been sentenced to serve one year of interim probation for his unlawful dental practices.
