Davis faced arraignment in Dutchess County court and was subsequently released on probation. The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office issued a reminder to the public regarding the dangers associated with cocaine use. Cocaine is frequently found to be laced with fentanyl, a potent opioid that has been identified as the primary cause of overdose deaths within the county.
A Unionville man has pleaded guilty to a burglary charge. The Orange County District Attorney's Office says Jesse Frank is now facing a potential prison sentence of up to 9 years for his role in the burglary incident.
