William Mancusi III, convicted of felony drug sales in Putnam County, will spend nearly a decade behind bars for his crimes. Investigators revealed that Mancusi was caught on audio boasting about the lethal mixture of heroin, fentanyl, and xylazine he peddled. State police connected these drugs to a fatal overdose in the town of Southeast. Mancusi has been sentenced to nine years in state prison.

A man is facing assault charges after attacking a woman in Yonkers. Police were called to 435 McLean Ave. on Monday night, where they found that a man had repeatedly punched a woman in the face. Additionally, another woman was struck by a vehicle and received treatment at a nearby hospital. Fortunately, she is in stable condition.

In Ramapo, a man has been arrested in connection with a domestic incident. According to town police, a woman reported that her boyfriend had broken into her home and threatened her with a knife in front of her child. After several days of searching, police received a report of an assault involving the same suspect. They were then able to locate and arrest the individual, charging him with burglary, menacing, assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
