Ramapo police are investigating a fatal crash late Wednesday night on Route 202 just west of Grandview Avenue. The cause of the crash and the identity of the victim has not been released yet. The road from Grandview to Old Route 202D is now back open.

News 12 has learned more about a crash that claimed the life of a school bus driver and injured a 6-year old girl in Orange County. Following a two-month-long investigation, the New Windsor Police Department is now ruling out drugs, alcohol, speeding, and cellphone use as the cause.   

The crash happened back in October when a tree service truck driver crossed over the double yellow line, slamming into the school bus and a car. The truck driver, 25-year-old Ian Jennings, is facing traffic violations, but is not facing criminal charges in the fatal crash.
